Sub: Abolition of Desk Allowance / Special Allowance – Implementation of the 7th Central Pay Commission recommendations.

Consequent upon decision taken by the Government on the recommendations of 7th Central Pay Commission, the Desk Allowance / Special Allowance admissible against various posts of Railway Board stands abolished with effect from 1st July, 2017.
