Sir, I have joined in Railway Protection Force on 20 March 2020 and my training started from 21 March 2020 and passing out on 30 Nov 2021. Subsquentlly, claimed CEA for the duration of 01 April 2020 to 31 March 2021. However my office staff stated that you not entitled for the same.
You are requested to clarify the same at the earliest please.
