Sub: Recognition of qualifications awarded by various Boards of School Education – reg.
In continuation of instructions contained in letter of even number dated 30.04.2009 (RBE No. 76/2009) it is apprised that qualification/ certificates awarded/ issued by the following Board’s of School Education be also accepted for the purpose of employment and higher education on the following:-
(i) Kerla Board of Higher Secondary Education, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram – 695001
(ii) MP State Open School Board of Secondary Education, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal – 462001
(iii) West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Acharya Prafulla Chander Bhawan, DK 7/1, Sector-II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700091
(iv) West Bengal Board of Madarsah Education, 19, Haji Md. Mosin Square, Kolkata – 700016
(v) Ravindra Mukta Vidyalaya (West Bengal Open School), Bikash Bhawan (2nd Floor East Block), Bindhanagar, Kolkata 700091
(vi) Chandigarh Board of Secondary Education, Pension Bada, Raipur – 492001
(vii) Uttaranchal Shiksha & Pariksha Parishad, Ram nagar, Nainital – 263001
(viii) Jharkhand Academic Council, Birsadih Hawai Nagar Hatia, Ranchi – 834003
Apart from the list of Boards of School Education mentioned above and contained in letter of even number dated 30.04.2009 (RBE No. 76/2009), certificate/ qualification recognized by specific instructions of this Ministry for the purpose of employment on the railways or seeking admission for higher education (as applicable) be continued to be adhered to as such.
