RBE No. 102/2008: Sports – Special Casual Leave

Sub: Special Casual Leave to physically handicapped sportspersons. 

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided that Special Casual Leave may be granted to the handicapped sportspersons at par with the general sportspersons through the corresponding Federations, etc. recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (Government of India).
