Sub: Notification – Amendment to Schedule-I for RDSO.

G.S.R………..In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railway Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1968, namely;
1. (1) These rules may be called the Railway Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1986.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their Publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Schedule-I to the Railway Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1968, under the heading ‘Research Design and Standards Organization’, for the entries in Column (1) to (5), the following entries shall be substituted, namely;
