RBE No. 06/2019: Training – Training Modules – Traffic (Transportation) Department

Sub: Review and development of Training Modules/ Training period of merged cadres (after implementation 7th CPC) for Traffic (Transportation) Department.
Ref: Board’s letter No.E(MPP)2017/3/29, dated 25.02.2002 (RBE No. 25/2002).

In Annexure II of Board’s instructions referred above, it has been stated that the promotional training course is not mandatory for Assistant Station Masters promoted to Station Masters and Station Masters promoted to Deputy Station Superintendents. Further, there was no training (promotional) prescribed for promotion from Deputy Station Superintendent to Station Superintendent in the referred orders.
Accordingly, after the merger of titles after implementation of 7th CPC Report, it has been decided that there will be no mandatory training on promotion from Station Masters to Station Superintendents.
