RBE No.03/2018: Initial/promotion Training of supervisors

Sub: Initial/promotion Training of supervisors at Technical Training Centre (TTC) for all production units.

Kindly refer to Board’s letter of even number dated 20.06.2017 (RBE No.60/2017) and the following may be replaced:
“Sub: Initial/promotion Training of supervisors at Technical Training Centre (TTC) for all production units.”

And read as

“Sub: Initial/promotion Training of supervisors (who are promoted through seniority-cun-suitability basis) at Technical Training Centre (TTC) for all production units.”

It is clarified that Initial Training Period for Supervisors who are directly recruited through RRB/Promoted through LDCE (Intermediate Apprentice) will remain 52 weeks as issued by Board’s letter No.E(MPP)2009/3/10, dated 03.06.2011 (RBE No.81/2011) .The 13 weeks training period is for those Supervisors who are promoted through Seniority-cum-suitability basis.
All other terms items remain unchanged
