Sub: Allotment of Railway accommodation nominated for occupation by Senior Officers.

The Board desire that Railway accommodation nominated for occupation by Senior Officers like Area Managers, Divisional Railway Managers etc. should be vacated immediately whenever the incumbent of the post changes. There should not be any delay in making available such accommodation to the new incumbent of the post.
