Sub:  Cancellation of periodical transfer of Staff.

Ref: Board’s letter of even number dated 12.05.2020, 07.08.2020 (RBE No.65/2020) & 31.03.2021 (RBE No.25/2021).

1. With reference to Board’s letter  set of even number dated 31.03.2021 (RBE No.25/2021), as referred to above on cited subject, Railways were advised that unimplemented periodical transfer orders of the staff working on sensitive post be reviewed and pended till 30.06.2021 due to the extraordinary situation created by pandemic COVID-19.

2. In view of the ongoing pandemic situation, on request from both the Federations i.e. AIRF & NFIR, the matter has been further reviewed by the Board, and it has been decided by the Competent Authority that the periodical transfer orders of the staff working on sensitive posts be pended till 30^th September, 2021.
