58. Statement Giving Grounds For Retirement:-

When it is proposed to retire a railway servant, on an invalid gratuity or pension on account of general disability while he is still under fifty-eight years of age, the appropriate authority under whom he is working shall forward to the medical authority an additional statement giving the grounds on which it is proposed to retire him.
