Pension Rule No.52: Retiring Pension

52. Retiring Pension:-

A retiring pension shall be granted to a railway servant who retires, or has retired before attaining the age of compulsory retirement, in accordance with the provisions of rules 66 and 67 of these rules and rule 1802 of the code.
