A copy of Ministry of Labour’s Notification No.S-32025/18/85-WC(MW), dated the 11^th October, 1985 appointing the Welfare Adviser to the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), New Delhi as Inspector under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 is sent herewith for information and guidance.

NOTIFICATION(*)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 19 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the Welfare Adviser to the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central); New Delhi, also to be the Inspector for the purpose of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 for the whole of India.
