1. A revised syllabus for professional paper of Selection for promotion from Group ‘C’ to Group ‘B’ posts of Law Officer in the Legal Department of Railways/ Production Units is enclosed herewith for guidance. The revised syllabus may be given wide publicity and circulated amongst the eligible candidates.
2. The revised syllabus shall be effective from the date of issue of this letter. However, Selections which have been notified, need not be disturbed.
