IREM Rule No.305: Seniority On Late Joining/ विलंब से कार्यभार संभालने पर वरीयता
305. When, however, a candidate whose seniority is to be determined under paragraphs 303 and 304 above cannot join duty within a responsible time after the receipt of orders of appointment, the appointing authority may determine his seniority by placing him below all the candidates selected at the same examination / selection, who have joined within the period allowed for reporting to duty or even below candidates selected at subsequent examination / selection who have joined before him.
यदि कोई उम्मीदवार जिसकी वरिष्ठता उपर्युक्त पैरा 303 और 304 के अधीन निश्चित की जानी है, नियुक्ति आदेश प्राप्त होने के बाद उचित अवधि में कार्यभार न संभाल पाए तो नियुक्ति अधिकारी उसे उन सब उम्मीदवारों से नीचे रखकर उनकी वरिष्ठता निश्चित कर सकते हैं जो उसी परीक्षा चयन में चुने गए हों और जिन्होंने कार्यभार संभालने के लिए दी गई अवधि के अंदर कार्यभार संभाल लिया हो या उसे उन सब उम्मीदवारों से भी नीचे रखा जा सकता है जो बाद की परीक्षा चयन में चुने जाएं और उससे पहले कार्यभार संभाल लें ।
सर मै 25%Ldc कोटा से फिटर ग्रेड।।। बना। मेरा ट्रेनिंग खत्म होने के बाद 03/02/2021को पोस्टिंग तिथी निकला जिस समय मै पहले से छुट्टी पर था और 20/02/2021को रिपोर्ट किया उसी बीच सीधी भर्ती rrb वाले का पोस्टिंग 06/02/2021को निकला और 07/02/2021को rrb वालो ने रिपोर्ट किया अतः सर अब बताया जाए कि मेरी सिनियरिति rrb वालो से आगे होगी या पीछे।

to kya wo vaccant sheet use mil jayega ya seniority ke aadhar par mujhe milega.

Please let me know if a person got promoted and placed on panel of CDMS and has taken the charge after 07 months due to his personal domestic problems. Then his junior will be given upper than him in seniority and he will be placed below all promoted employees
please let me know how a seniority will be decide on promotion if a employee take charge after 07 months
