IREC Rule No.2019: Reversion from Foreign Service (FR-125)

2019. Reversion from Foreign Service (FR-125):-

A railway servant reverts from foreign service to Government service on the date on which he take charge of his post in government service; provided that, if he takes leave on the conclusion of foreign service before rejoining his post, his reversion shall take effect from such date as the competent authority may decide.
