IREC Rule No.2011: Powers Of Competent Authority (FR-119)

2011. Powers Of Competent Authority (FR-119):-

            In the case of transfer to Foreign Service, a competent authority sanctioning a transfer to Foreign Service may;  

(a)   Remit the contributions due in any specified case or class of cases, and

(b)   Interest on overdue contributions shall be levied in accordance with rule 2012.
