1714.  Drawl Of House Rent Allowance And Compensatory (City) Allowance Allowances During The Periods Specially Treated As Duty:-

The grant of compensatory allowance during any period specially treated as duty under Rule 103 (16) of the Indian Railway Establishment Code, Vol.I (IREC Vol-I), shall be regulated by general or special orders as may be issued by the President in this behalf.
