- [FR-21) Application Of Rule 1313 to 1323 To Time Scale Pay:-
Rules 1313 to 1323 (FR-22 to 29) and Rule 1326 (FR-31) shall not apply to any time scale of pay in so far as they are inconsistent with the specific terms sanctioned for such time scale by the President.
