120.  Cadres of Railway Servants Group ‘C’ & Group ‘D’ On Railways, Production Units or other Establishments:

The number and character of Group C & D posts may be determined by the General Managers or the authority to whom such powers are delegated, provided that the prior sanction of the Railway Ministry is necessary for the introduction of a new category not already obtaining on a Railway.
