117.  Checks to be applied to cadres:

The cadres shall be checked in the manner prescribed in the Indian Railway Code for the Accounts Department and all reasonable precautions (e.g. reversion of the officers officiating) taken before hand to prevent the occurrence of avoidable excess over the cadre.
