112.  Fixing Strength In Medical Department:

The permanent strength of the Medical Department shall be fixed with reference to the permanent posts required for ordinary duty and will include at the Additional Divisional Medical Officer’s level a leave and deputation reserve of 20 per cent of the permanent working posts.
