I was released from a job as A clerk Gr- II to join a new job as station master in another railway by my own opinion,I was not granted any joining time leave. But I delayed to join the new job for 2 days. My past service rendered as clerk GrII was approved for pensionary benefit by competent authority. My question is that how the 2 days time gap/ break in service will be regularised while determining the whole service period from the past service? Shall it treat as ” NON QUALIFYING SERVICE” or ad “EOl”?
