IREC Rule No.1104: Joining Time On First Appointment
1104. Joining Time On First Appointment:-
For Appointment To Posts Under The Railways On The Results Of A Competitive Examination And / Or Interview Open To Railway Servants And Others:-
Railway servants and permanent / provisionally permanent Central and State Government employees will be entitled to joining time under these rules. Temporary Railway employees who have not completed 3 years or regular continuous service, though entitled to joining time, would not be entitled to joining time pay.

i was joined indian railway in december 2017
but i could not go on training for family reason ( wife pregnacy complication that time after deleivery my baby with serious problems)
sir can i join today
own service this time.
