Sub: Informal meeting between Board and the Representatives of All-India SC and ST Railway Employees Association held on 18.04.1983 – Communication of all circulars containing policy decisions concerning service conditions of SC/ST employees to the Association at all levels.

An extract from the record note of discussions held in the Informal meeting between the Board representatives of All-India SC/ST reproduced below for information and necessary action.

“Item No.2: All circulars carrying policy decisions issued by the Railways Board to be communicated to the Association at all levels.

The Association representatives requested that 30 copies of all circulars concerning service conditions of SC/ST employees be supplied to them. This was agreed to. It was also agreed that instructions will be issued to the Zonal Railways/ Production Units, etc. to endorse a copy of similar circulars issued by them to the Zonal offices of the Association”.
