Sub: Facilities granted to All India SC/ST Railway Employees Association and All India OBC Railway Employees Federation/Association.

Kindly refer to Board’s letter of even number dated 29.03.2019 regarding Master Circular No.65 on facilities granted to All India SC/ST Railway Employees Association and All India OBC Railway Employees Federation/Association.
The following may be added under heading ‘Grant of Journey Passes/ Card Passes’ as item no.7.6.

“Item No.7.6: Ministry of Railways may provide two 2nd AC Card Passes of Zonal Jurisdiction i.e. one each to Divisional President and Divisional Secretary of Divisional/ Extra Divisional/ Executive Committee of All India SC/ST Railway Employees Association and All India OBC Railway Employees Federation/Association.
