Sub: Provision of 5% discount on the total value of basic fare of PRS (reserved) counter tickets on booking of reserved counter through UPI (Unified Payment Interface) including BHIM application.

1. In continuation of the above instructions, Ministry of Railways have decided to extend the currency of instructions regarding provision of 5% discount on the total value of basic fare of PRS (reserved) counter tickets on booking of reserved counter through UPI (Unified Payment Interface) including BHIM application upto 13.06.2019.
2. All others terms and conditions shall be same as per Commercial Circular 16 of 2018.
3. CRIS may furnish the details of passengers booked & amount of discount given by 31.05.2019 for further review.
