Special Casual Leave: Combination of SCL with CL

Sub: Grant of Special Casual Leave to staff on duty combination of Special Casual Leave with Casual Leave or recorded leave.

1. The question of combination of special casual leave with other leave to railway servants who are boy scouts or rover scouts for attending camps or rallies or when engaged under instructions from there scounting authorities on scounting duties has been under consideration of this Ministry. It has been decided that special casual leave may be permitted to be combined with casual leave or recorded leave when sanctioned on scouting duties. However, when regular leave is granted in combination with a special casual leave, casual leave will not be granted in combination.

2. This has the sanction of the President.
