RBE No. 86/2000: Fixed Medical Allowance – FMA

Sub: Implementation of Governments decision on the recommendations of the 5th Central Pay Commission – Grant of Fixed Medical Allowance @ Rs.100 p.m. to the Railway Pensioners/ Family Pensioners.

Ref:  Railway Board’s letter of even number dated 21.04.1999 (RBE No. 65/1999).

1.     In the list of Railway Hospitals, etc. appearing in Annexure III to Board’s letter referred to above, the name ‘Srikakulam’ appearing under Waltair Division under the heading ‘South Eastern Railway’ should be read as ‘Srikakulam Road’.

2.     A copy of this latter may be forwarded to all the Banks situated in the District where ‘Srikakulam’ and ‘Srikakulam Road’ are covered.
