229. Transfer On Request:-
Transfers ordered in the interest of employees shall be within the same seniority group, or different group or a mutual exchange. If such transfers are within the same seniority group under the same railway the seniority is not affected but if the transfers are inter divisional or outside the seniority group, the railway Ministry’s decision below Rule-226 for inter railway transfers shall apply.

Rule 310 ‘Seniority On Mutual Exchange’ contained in Chapter-III of IREM reads as “Railway servants transferred on mutual exchange from one cadre of a division, office or railway to the corresponding cadre in another division, office or railway shall retain their seniority on the basis of the date of promotion to the grade or take the seniority of the railway servants with whom they have exchanged, whichever of the two may be lower”.
मै मुरादाबाद मण्डल से ऑन रिक्वेस्ट बॉटम सीनियारिटी सोनपुर मण्डल में 2002 में सहायक लोको पायलट पद पर आया।
स्टेपिंग अप की वित्तीय लाभ में सोनपुर मण्डल में मेरी पोस्टिंग 2002 मान कर 2003 के सुपरवाइजर मुख्य लोको निरीक्षक के बराबर मेरा वेतन किया जा रहा है जबकि मेरी नियुक्ति तिथि मुरादाबाद में 1989 की है।
क्या मुझे 1989 से 2002 तक के सेवा की गणना मेरे स्टेपिंग अप जैसे वित्तीय लाभ में नही मिल सकेगा।

नमस्ते सर मा. सर अगर Engg डिपार्टमेण्ट का १९००,२४०० या २८०० ग्रेड पे का कोई कर्मचारी को एक ही आरailway में एक ही डेivision में एक ADEN से दुसरे ADEN के अंतर्गत (same Division मे)
On Request में Transfar मिलता है तो उस कर्मचारी को १९००,२४०० या २८०० ग्रेड पे के bottom seniority में नियुक्ति दी जाएगी या उन कर्मचारियों को १८०० ग्रेड पे में नियुक्त किया जाएगा । सर आपसे रिक्वेस्ट है कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करे
