Sub: Procedure for filling up non-selection posts – Non-gazetted.

1. Reference correspondence resting with your D.O. letter EP 1026//O, dated 18.12.1991 on the above subject.
2. It is advised that the Board have not issued any specific instructions in this regard so far but the practice followed with regard to selections shall apply.
3. The select list/ trade test panel therefore be treated as effective from the date of approval by the competent authority and not from the date of notification.
