RBE No. 198/2019: Promotion – Medical Department – Revision of Channel of Promotions

Sub: Revision of channel of Promotion of non-gazetted staff of various categories – Medical Department -Corrigendum.
Attention is invited to Board’s letter of even number dated 22.10.2019 (RBE No. 178/2019) enclosing copy of model AVCs of certain categories of the Medical Department.
It has been brought to Board’s notice from certain quarters including NFIR that in the AVC of Radiographer/ X-Ray Technicians, the educational qualification for the post has been mentioned wrongly. The inadvertent error in this regard stands corrected and the prescribed educational qualification for the said post as mentioned therein may be read as follows:-
(i) 10+2 or equivalent examination pass with Science subjects from a recognized Board; and
(ii) Radiographer/ X-Ray Technicians course of minimum one year duration (including in field training in diagnostic radiology) passed from a recognized institution).

Northern Railway central hospital (NRCH) में RBE 178/2019 के अनुसार AVC लागू नहीं की गई है। पहले यहां NURSE के 173 पद स्वीकृत थे। मगर रेलवे बोर्ड ने अगस्त 2018 में यहां 90 नर्सेज के नए नियमित पद 4600 ग्रेड में सृजित किए। जिससे नर्सेज के कुल पदों की संख्या 263 हो गई। वर्ष 2019 में इन पदों पर नियमित कर्मचारियों को नियुक्ति भी दे दी गई। लेकिन नर्सेज के कैडर को रिव्यू अभी तक नही किया गया। प्रशासन को लिखित में देने के बावजूद भी कोई कदम नहीं उठाया गया। जबकि अन्य जोनों में RBE 178/2019 के अनुसार नर्सेज के कैडर को रिव्यू बहुत पहले ही कर दिया गया है। RBE 178/2019 के अनुसार NRCH में नर्सेज के ग्रेड 5400, 4800 और 4600 में क्रमशः 118,92और 53 पद होने चाहिए जबकि यहां क्रमशः 78, 61और 124 पद हैं।
