RBE No. 101/2010: MACPS – Financial Up-gradation – Stenographers

Sub: Grant of financial up-gradation under the Modified ACP Scheme – reckoning of Non-Functional Grade (NFG) to DR Assistants/ DR Grade ‘C’ Stenographers – clarification regarding.

3. In supersession of Board’s Order of even number dated 17.02.2010 (RBE No.30/2010) it is clarified that DR Assistants/ DR Grade ‘C’ Stenographers who have got Non-Functional Grade (NFG) in the Grade Pay of Rs.5400 would only be entitled to 3rd financial up-gradation in the immediate grade pay of Rs.6600 on completion of 30 years of continuous service or on completion of 10 years of stagnation in a single Grade Pay, whichever is earlier. No further financial up-gradation would be admissible to such officials.
4. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways and has the sanction of the President.
