IREM Rule No.1205: Change In Name Due to Change In Father’s Name/ पिता के नाम में परिवर्तन के परिणामस्वरूप नाम में परिवर्तन

1205. In the case of change of name of the father of a railway servant, it is not binding on the part of the railway servant concerned to follow the change. But if he does so, the prescribed formalities laid down in paragraphs above should be followed.

यदि रेल कर्मचारी के पिता के नाम में परिवर्तन होता है तो संबंधित रेल कर्मचारी के लिए उस परिवर्तन का अनुसरण करने की बाध्यता नहीं है । परंतु यदि वह ऐसा करता है तो उपर्युक्त पैराग्राफों में निर्धारित औपचारिकता का पालन किया जाना चाहिए ।
