IREC Rule No.804: Credit To The Staff Benefit Fund

804.  Credits To The Staff Benefit Fund:-

To the fund shall be credited:.-  

(1)   All receipts from fines; and

(2)   All receipts from forfeited Provident Fund bonuses, except forfeited bonuses of gazetted railway servants

(3)   Unpaid wages beyond 03 years.
