IREC Rule No.623: Scrutiny Of Reimbursement Claims

623.  Scrutiny Of Reimbursement Claims:-

All claims for reimbursement should first be carefully scrutinized by the competent authority, should in consultation with the authorized medical officer where contrary, will disallow any claims or items, which do not satisfy rules and orders on the subject. These should be disposed of without delay.
