513.  Leave Account:-

A leave account shall be maintained in the prescribed from for each railway servant by the Accounts Officer in the case of Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ railway servants and by the head of the office or an officer authorized by him in the case of Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ Railway Servants.
