1682. No Traveling Allowance For Halts On Journey Under Rule 1674 To 1680:-

Traveling allowance under Rules 1674 to 1680 shall be calculated as for a journey on tour, but except in a case covered by rule 1680 no allowance shall be drawn for halts on the journey.
