The authority (letter number & RRE No.) quoted in para 2 and para 4 of Advanced Correction Slip No.240 of Indian Railway Establishment Manual, Vol-I (Revised Edition-1989) communicated vide Board’s letter quoted under reference may be read as E(NG)II/2012/RR-1/16/Pt.A, dated 18.03.2015 under RBE No.21/2015 and E(NG)I/2008/PM-1/15, dated 03.09.2009 under RBE No.161/2009 respectively. The words “6. Substitute the following for the existing para 168(4)(iv)” appearing in Para 6 of the aforementioned ACS No.240 stands deleted.
