Sub:  Recruitment to Group ‘D’ Posts.

In supersession of the instructions contained in Board’s letter No.99/E(RRB)/25/11, dated 21.04.1999 (RBE No.80/1999), Board have decided that all recruitments to Group ‘D’ posts will, henceforth, be undertaken by the Railway Administrations themselves, as was the practice prior to 21.04.1999. Consequently, the provisions made in Chapter VI of RRB Manual (2000) relating to Group ‘D’ recruitment stand deleted.
