whether privilege pass can drawn by a rly servant who is undersick at the time of applying (by giving an undertaking that the said pass is for future purposeof getting a reserved accommodation ) ?

Privilege Pass can be availed by Railway Employee during any kind of leave including Extra Ordinary Leave.

No specific question is asked with regards to the year ending pass hence unable to make specific reply.
However Railway Board vide letter No.E(W)2007/PS5-1/9 dated 28.02.2017 have clarified “In terms of standing instructions contained in Board’s above referred letter [No.E(W)2007/PS5-1/9 dated 31.03.2015], year ending passes/PTOs should be issued with the validity as prevailing on 31st December of respective year since such year ending passes/PTOs are deemed to have been issued latest by that day. Accordingly, the validity period of year ending Passes of the calendar year 2016 should be 5 months i.e. upto 30th May, 2017.
Wherever year ending Passes have been issued with 4 months validity, the same should be re-validated for 5 months i.e. made valid up to 30th May, 2017, if requested by the employee/pensioner/widow pass holder.”

सुविधा पास/मानार्थ पास की अवधि चार महीने(four months)किन किन परिस्थितियों में प्रदान की जाती है ? जब कि आधे सेट पास की अवधि भी पांच महीने कर दी गई है । कृपया उदाहरण के साथ बताएं ।

Whether Substitute’s are eligible to get privilege pass/PTO in railways after completion of 120 days, if yes means dependent also allowed in privilege pass/PTO…?
What are the privileges can avail substitute’s after completing 10 yrs service in railway, viz… P.Pass/ PTO, Medical, grant of advances, bonus, workman compensation, etc…?
