Sub:  Procedure for selection of Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) for conduct of CBT against GDCE Quota.

The matter regarding Procedure for selection of Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) for conduct of Computer Based Test (CBT) against GDCE Quota has been under consideration of the Board.       

A Committee was constituted to look into the matter. The Committee has since submitted its report. The recommendations of the Committee have been considered by the Board and the same have been accepted.

The recommendations of the Committee are enclosed herewith for information and compliance. Tender document recommended by the committee are also enclosed. The enclosed Tender document will serve as model document for internal utilization. Zonal Railways may make suitable changes/ amendments with necessary additions/ deletions to suit local requirements by following due procedure.
