630.  Items And Services Rendered In Connection With Medical Attendance And Treatment:-

Charges for items and services rendered in connection with (but not included in) medical attendance and treatment of a patient entitled to railway medical attendance and treatment facilities shall be determined by the authorized medical officer and paid by the patient.
