Sub: Cases relating to fraudulent claim of Travelling and Daily allowances and overtime.

The Board have decided that Railway servants who are taken up under the Discipline and Appeal Rules on charges of fraudulent claim of Travelling and Daily Allowances and Over Time should be given suitable severe deterrent punishment as such offences fall under the category of dishonest practices. This may please be brought to the notice of all disciplinary, appellate and revisionary authorities.
