RBE No. 44/2020: Sports – Trial Committee

Sub: Selection trials for recruitment against sports quota.

1.     Attention is invited to Para No.8.2.11.4 of Railway Board’s instruction No.2010/E(Sports)/4(1)/1/Policy, dated 31.12.2010 (RBE No. 189(B)/2010) which states that “trials by the trial committee shall be conducted in the presence of all the members of the trial committee and recruitment committee”.

2.     It has been observed in a vigilance case that members of Recruitment Committee were not present during trials of Sports recruitment. It is hereby reiterated that, strict compliance of the provision may be ensured in all sports recruitment.
