Sub: Rates of Dearness Allowance in respect of Railway Employees who have continued to draw their pay/ emoluments in the pre revised scales of pay – Effective from 01.01.2007 and 01.07.2007 – Regarding.
1. In continuation of Ministry of Railway’s letter of even number dated 06.11.2006 (RBE No.167/2006, S.No.480) revising the rate of Dearness Allowance w.e.f. 01.07.2006 in respect of Railway servants who continue to draw their pay and emoluments in the pre-revised scale of pay, the revised rates of Dearness Allowance w.e.f. 01.01.2007 and 01.07.2007 would be as follows:-

2. All other conditions as laid down in the letter dated 16.11.2000 (RBE No.198/2000) continue to apply.
3. This issues with the conference of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
