Railway board should without fail take in to account that JE & SSE who come from open markate though RRB has no promotion, for example JE who joins in 4200 grade pay get only one promotion as SSE and SSE who joins in 4600 grade pay both of them in 99.5% retires as SSE. Railway seems to never interested in ending this situation. These categories blame their bad luck to join railway. All departments like cpwd,DDA etc.have put 4600 grade pay in group _B .only God knows when railway will solve their plight

Railway JE and SSE are called back bone of Indian railways. But see their plight more than 99.5% of them retire as SSE only.JE come though RRB in 4200 grade pay and generally get one promotion of a SSE and retire as SSE.SSE who come in 4600 grade pay retire as SSE thus get no promotion. All central government departments except railways have granted group B to who are in grade pay.All SSE retire as SSE abusing their luck and Railway by interiors of their heart. Railway from always putting one or other exercuse for not giving justice to these unlucky supervisors.

One who join as SSE will get MACP after completion of 10 years with Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- and another one MACP on completion of 20 years with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- under the same Designation as SSE. It should not forget SSEs. Further they can appear LDCE for the Asst. Officer post.
