All Respected Viewers,

I, Dharmanshu Singh Yadav, completed BA LLB (Hons) from Indore Institute of Law (India) and LLM (Dispute Resolution) from O.P. Jindal Global University.

Why We Started?

I grew up in Railway Colony at Bhopal seeing my father burning midnight oil in search of Rules & Circulars issued by the Government Of India, Ministry Of Railways, in particular, to reach out precious & prompt help to  dear Railwaymen in need. On many occasions I find him loosing days together for a particular piece of circular issued by Railway Board. This prompted me to evolve an easy & focused method to reach out desired Rules and Circulars instantly, without any loss of time, at your finger tips, round the clock and round the corner.

I also saw Railwaymen going through bulky volumes of Railway Codes & Manuals while preparing themselves for various Departmental Competitive Examinations like school going children.

I felt immense pain when saw retired Railwaymen wondering for their pretty problems related with service matters from one table to another, due to lack of their knowledge.

It is very difficult to express pain of those innocent Families & Wards of deceased Railwaymen queuing for Family Pension and compassionate appointments, etc.

Many times the Railwaymen are persecuted, prosecuted or punished by the inappropriate authorities, without any commission of misconduct. Resultantly, thousands of Departmental & Court Cases pile up every year and their dilemma runs years together for no fault. Even lawyers sometimes feel difficulties in finding out solutions because of un-traceable Rules & Circulars.

Many times the working Railways Staffers and Union Activists feel helpless in all above endeavors to extend support & guide to all the above categories of Railwamen because of non-availability or non-traceability of Rules and Circulars issued long back by the Government.

Indian Railways is a vast organization with more than 13 million work force spreading over 68 Divisions from extreme East to West and Extreme North to South of India. Indian Railways carries Millions of Passengers & Goods every day from one part to another while Rains, Winter, Summer, War, Day and Night. The dedicated, disciplined & responsible work force, the Railwaymen, thus is worthy of all credits achieved by them after 16th April, 1853, the day when the 1st train was flagged off.

Who are to be benefitted?

All the above problems faced by Railwaymen gave me an idea of making ‘Railwayrule.com’. We hope ‘Railwayrule.com’ will be a useful source of knowledge for all the viewers, Railwaymen, Union Activists, Lawyers, etc and, ‘Railwayrule.com’ will play an instrumental role in solving the problems instantly anywhere.

We pay sincere thanks to the Indian Railways, all Railwaymen, viewers of ‘Railwayrule.com’ and all those who helped me to evolve ‘Railwayrule.com’.
